Colermi Return & Exchange Policy
Return Period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- Tags and any accessories must be intact and included.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and personalized items cannot be returned.
Exchange Options
You may request an exchange for a different size or product. Once your request is received, we will check product availability and contact you with the next steps.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping Details
- The shipping cost for the initial order is covered by Colermi.
- For returns or exchanges, the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item shows signs of use
- The item has been washed, or has stains or perfume
- The request is made after the 14-day return period
